Adventures in the dynamism of musical movement. Through the combination of physical release and artistic expression, we unlock the door to vitality, well-being and joy.
4. Sound Spirit, Enhancing Spiritual Practice through the Power of Music

Sound Spirit introduces participants to the ecstatic world of music and the many ways that it can breathe new life into spiritual practice - enlivening prayer, ceremony and community.
Pilates with Petie Gray
Pilates stimulates the circulatory system, oxgenates the blood, aids in lymphatic drainage, and releases endorphins - making you feel great after a class.
